Event Sponsorship Application Portal

Conference, Symposium, Workshop, Seminar, Course or Student Branch Activity

This portal allows event organizers to formally apply to the IEEE Kazakhstan Section for technical co-sponsorship or financial co-sponsorship of academic and professional events. The application captures all information required by the Section's Executive Committee for review and decision.

Eligibility Highlights
  • Event must be at least 12 months away from application date.
  • All proposed chairpersons must be IEEE Members in good standing.
  • A signed MOU is required between the organizers and IEEE Kazakhstan Section.
  • Reduced registration fees must be provisioned for IEEE members.
  • A financial report must be submitted within one month of the event's conclusion.
Application Workflow
  1. Register on the portal as an applicant.
  2. Fill in the online application covering all 15 sections of the proforma.
  3. Attach mandatory supporting documents (CVs, plagiarism license, vTools screenshots).
  4. The Secretary reviews and forwards eligible applications to the Executive Committee.
  5. The Section Chair records the final decision after the EC meeting.
